5 out of 5 starsI had to give lower rating on review because u didn't put the stone on a necklace it wouldn't fall off of and that happened as I was trying to put on and now I can't find the stone ☹️I'm sure I'll find it but it's a dissapointment and inconvenience

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding the stone after you dropped it. However, in order to get the pendant onto the necklace, the findings on the necklace must be smaller than the hole in the pendant bail. For this reason I would recommend using caution when putting on any pendant style necklace that you purchase from any etsy seller, or even from any other store or web-site.

Frequently asked questions
What are the terms for returning items?
I will only accept returns of merchandise if an item is found to be defective. If I can re-create the item I will do so and send the new one. If I can't re-create it I will offer another item from my shop (equal value) in exchange. If there is no other item comparable in my shop at that time, I will issue a refund.
The item must be returned to me before I will issue a refund or send a replacement item. If the item is indeed found to be defective, the cost of return shipping will also be refunded.
No refund is given for items that are not defective.
I will accept returns only if there are no obvious signs of abuse to the item in question. If it appears the item has been abused in any way I will return the item to the customer AS IS.
What are your shipping terms?
Your order will ship only to the address that you provide during checkout. The shipping address cannot be changed once checkout is complete.
All US orders are shipped for free using USPS First Class shipping.
For items that are returned to me by the USPS, if the reason for the return is due to an error, if the error is mine, I will either re-ship the item or give a full refund, according to the customer's wishes.
For items that are returned to me by the USPS, if the reason for the return is due to customer error in the address supplied during checkout, or other reason's beyond my control, I will refund the purchase cost, minus the cost to ship the item.
If you would like insurance added to shipping, contact me for info prior to purchase.
Do you take custom orders?
I am happy to do custom orders. Contact me using the contact link at the left hand side of the page if you are interested in a custom order. Please give as detailed of a description as possible of exactly what you are looking for. However, please do not send me a photo of another artist's work and ask me to copy it as all such requests will be denied.
Once I understand what you need, I will quote you a price based on the labor involved in making the piece and the materials. The item must be paid for in full before I will begin working on your order.
Once a listing for a custom order is created, it must be purchased within 2 weeks of the listing date. If the listing is not purchased during that time, the custom order will be cancelled.
How long will it take to get my custom order?
Custom orders may take up to two weeks to ship after payment is made. These items are made in the order that the purchases were made. Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the the service used to ship your order.
Can I use a coupon to pay for a custom order?
Coupon codes cannot be applied to custom orders. If a coupon code is applied during checkout for a custom order, the item will not be sent until the remaining cost of the item is paid in full.
I want an item in your shop, but I can't pay for it right now. Can you reserve it for me so I can buy it later?
In some cases I will hold items if requested by a customer. Once an item is placed on reserve, it must be purchased within 7 days. If purchase is not made within 7 days, the item will be taken off of reserve and made available to all customers.
Do you do wholesale or drop shipping?
I do not accept wholesale orders at this time.
I NEVER drop ship.
If I place a large order, can you ship items to multiple addresses?
No. I can only ship to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each address.
